San Gerardo Plantation
Species: Arabica
Producing country: Guatemala
Region: Amatitlan
Plantation name: San Gerardo
It was primarily the encounter with Paul that transformed this small plantation into a jewel of Guatemalan coffee. Located on the shores of Lake Amatitlán on the slopes of the active Pacaya volcano, 35 km from Guatemala City, the 56-hectare family farm has existed since 1962 and is recognized nationally and internationally for its excellent quality coffee.
Their coffee is extremely sweet, consensual, even sensual. It takes you on a journey with notes of candied chestnut and pistachio. It’s an « absolute coffee » that can be enjoyed from morning to night.
