Offered to José Arnold by his grandfather for his sixth birthday, this magnificent little plot facing the Caribbean Sea is lined with orange trees and is home to coffee trees, sometimes centuries old. This unique plantation today produces a coffee with exceptionally delicate orange notes.

Dr Arnold, a young surgeon, trained in Saint-Louis in Paris and then returned to take care of his plantation. Charming and cultured, he and his son helped revitalize Honduran coffee, making his own one of the finest coffees available.

A promise of travel in a cup: invigorating and tangy, it will make excellent morning coffee.
