His coffee is extremely smooth, consensual, even sensual. It transports you on a journey with notes of candied chestnut and pistachio. It is an “absolute coffee” to be enjoyed from morning to night.

Votre café est torréfié dans le mois de sa vente et se conserve pendant 1 an, avec un pic optimal de saveur entre 1 et 3 mois après torréfaction.

Nous vous conseillons de laisser reposer le café entre 10 jours et 1 mois pour permettre l’évacuation de l’excès de gaz, qui peut affecter le goût et faire gonfler le sachet. Un sachet gonflé est signe d’un café fraîchement torréfié.
